1. By entering the Wyndham Costa del Sol Selfie Spots prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. To enter, guests must post images taken at a minimum of 3 of the 15 official Wyndham Costa del Sol Selfie Spots.
3. One entry per guest per stay.
4. Entries must be posted on Instagram or Facebook and must tag Wyndham Costa del Sol to be eligible:

5. Posts must be visible to Wyndham Costa del Sol. Private accounts, expired stories or posts that cannot be viewed may not be counted as valid entries.
6. Valid entries will be entitled to an instant prize, subject to availability, and will also be entered into the quarterly prize draw.
7. Instant prizes may vary and are subject to availability. Wyndham Costa del Sol reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute any instant prize at any time.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or used in conjunction with any other offer, unless stated otherwise.
9. Wyndham Costa del Sol accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received, are incomplete, are not visible, are posted incorrectly or cannot be accessed due to account settings, technical issues or platform restrictions.
10. By posting images taken at the Wyndham Costa del Sol Selfie Spots and tagging Wyndham Costa del Sol, entrants give permission for Wyndham Costa del Sol to repost, share and use their images across its social media channels, website, marketing materials and promotional communications.
11. By entering, entrants confirm that the images they post are their own and that they have the right to share them.
12. By entering, entrants confirm that any people featured in their images have given permission for the images to be posted, shared and used by Wyndham Costa del Sol.
13. Any images featuring children must only be posted by, or with the permission of, their parent or legal guardian.
14. Wyndham Costa del Sol reserves the right not to share, repost or include any content it considers inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, unsuitable or not in keeping with the spirit of the activity.
15. Wyndham Costa del Sol reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute the prize, or apply additional exclusions, where reasonably necessary.
16. This activity is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants release these platforms from any responsibility in relation to the activity.
17. Wyndham Costa del Sol reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or end the activity at any time.
18. Wyndham Costa del Sol’s decision is final.

1. Winners will be selected by Wyndham Costa del Sol and contacted via social media.
2. Winners are required to respond within 2 weeks of the announcement in order to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the required timeframe, Wyndham Costa del Sol reserves the right to select another winner.
3. By taking part, entrants agree that Wyndham Costa del Sol may use their social media handle/name for the purpose of contacting winners and announcing prize draw results.
4. The 50% off accommodation prize entitles the winner to 50% off one eligible stay at Wyndham Costa del Sol.
5. The prize must be booked and taken within 12 months of the winner being notified.
6. Stays are subject to availability at the time of booking.
7. The prize excludes school summer holiday periods.
8. The prize excludes Luxury/Grand Suites.
9. The 50% discount applies to accommodation only and does not include flights, transfers, travel insurance, food and drink, activities, Resort fees, upgrades, extras or any other costs incurred during the stay.
10. The stay must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
11. Once booked, the stay is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
12. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, package or existing booking. No cash alternative is available.
13. The winner and any accompanying guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, travel insurance and any other arrangements required for their stay.
14. Grand Prize draw Dates 2026, 30th September 2026, 31st December 2026.
